When the new notes of Rs 2000 and Rs 500 were introduced, we all
flashed them on social media, and the notes indeed looked like the
specimens. So, now we share with you the specimen of the new Rs 1000 Note that
will soon be in currency – take a look.
The photo of the new Rs 1000 note shows that it is bluish grey like the
Rs 500 note, and longer and narrower like the new Rs 2000 note. We kinda miss
the old Rs 1000 note for its peach shade (or light pink)! But the new Rs 2000
note, which is pink or purple is something we are still getting used to. It is
kinda weird, but we shall get used to holding it! (We said holding, not
hoarding.)
