Junior Hockey Team has given us all an early
Christmas gift. Team India defeated Belgium with a score of 2-1 to win the
Junior Hockey World Cup. India was leading with a lead of 2-0 under-10 minutes
to play. The match was held in Lucknow. Interestingly, this happens to be the
second time India won the title. Fifteen years back, team India won the opening
gold medal at Hobart.
