Indian Government has banned another news channel
for one day, days after its decision to ban popular new channel NDTV for one
day sparked nationwide outcry. The channel which has been ordered to be taken
off air on November 9 is the Assam-based news channel 'News Time Assam'. One of
the allegations against the channel is revealing the identity of a minor, who
was tortured while working as a domestic servant.
