Now its Nokia Turn, Since it has
been 50 yrs since optical fiber had been introduced. With the hopes of 5G
wireless technology on the horizon Nokia Bell Labs, Deutsche Telekom T-Labs and
the Technical University of Munich have achieved unprecedented transmission
capacity of 1Tbps rate in an optical communication. Interestingly, Nokia has
overtaken Google Fiber which offers services at 1Gbps.
