Cyrus P Mistry has removed as the chairman of
Tata Sons. The decision was taken on Monday after board meeting. Ratan Tata
will be interim replacement for Mistry. A committee has been constituted to
select the new Chairman of the Board in the next 4 months. The committee
comprises of Ratan Tata, Venu Srinivasan, Amit Chandra, Ronen Sen and Lord
Kumar Bhattacharyya.
