New York Times has published an article '52
Places to go in 2016', and Tamil Nadu is the only Indian destination that has
been featured in it. Ranked at number 24 in the list, TN has been described as
a place which has 'rich and undiscovered history.' The state is known for its
Madhurai Meenakshi Temple, Brihadeeswarar Temple in Thanjavur and hundred other
temples with a history of thousand years.
