Yadav’s Olympic dream seems to have come to an end with the Court of
Arbitration for Sport (CAS) upholding the World Anti Doping Agency’s (WADA)
appeal against the clean chit given to him in a doping violation case. The ad
hoc division of the CAS, which met in Rio on Thursday to hear the WADA’s appeal
against the clearance to Narsingh by the National Anti Doping Agency (NADA)
also slapped a 4 years ban on the Mumbai wrestler. As soon as this news broke
out, his family members left in deep shock.
