AndhraPradesh Special Status: TDP to Rethink about the Political Alliance between TPD & BJP 
             During an emergency meeting at Vijaywada on Sunday, Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party (TDP) MPs and senior leaders on Suggested chief minister Chandrababu Naidu to withdraw ties with NDA government if a special status is not granted to Andhra Pradesh.TDP members demanded the implementation of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act which led to the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state.TDP members have sought an appointment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss the matter, and will be holding a "Dharna" today at the Parliament complex.
           "We have waited with hope for two years. If the Prime Minister can spare two hours, the problems can be solved," Chandrababu Naidu said. Naidu questioned Jaitley, "What is our mistake that you are doing such injustice to Andhra Pradesh? You have no authority to do injustice to us. We are part of India and we are paying every tax, contributing to your income". He said that the special status is a life and death issue for the state and its future, and the outcome of the party MPs meeting with the Prime Minister will decide the future course of action.
