Chandrayaan-1 has been "re-discovered" by Nasa after 8 Years

India's first unmanned mission to the moon, Chandrayaan-1, which was believed to be lost has been found by NASA. The Rs 525.96 crore spacecraft was found orbiting the moon 200 km above the lunar surface. It was found using an interplanetary radar, used to detect small asteroids. The spacecraft had first reported evidence of water molecules on the moon's surface in 2009.

Detailed Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available).
Candidates applying with qualification of AMIE/Grad IETE should have 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section ‘B’ alone. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2016-17 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by 31/8/2017.
