As per a new report by Nasscom, India is
currently the world's 3rd largest startup base, right behind the United States
and the United Kingdom. As many as 1,400 new startups are expected by end of
2016 in India. By 2020, the country will be home to nearly 10,500 startups, the
reports claims. It added that Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai remain the country's
major startup hubs.
